Never spoke with Roe young, I heard great things about this agency at 1st , I switch to roe young office about 6 months ago , I have a combined single limit of a million with State Farm and been having the same policy almost 2 years, I called in today to get COI ( certificate of insurance) Spoke with mark and emailed him of all who was asking for certificate of insurance, he emailed me back and said that it was basically nothing he can do for me and telling me what I was asking for was for something they didn’t cover , And couldn’t add additional insured, I called twice no answer and finally called and spoke with a lady and explained to her that he had it all wrong , and I’ve been having the same policy for almost 2 years.. then they proceeded to tell me that maybe because I didn’t explained what I was doing , ((((I clearly explained what I was doing when I 1st got the policy and still have my declaration page and all my old certificates of insurance for the past almost 2 years )))), I’ve had it for almost 2 years, instead of him calling me back and explained to me what he was saying & I could have explained to him what was going on he basically said they can’t do anything for me , which is ridiculous because I had the Same policy with another agency before I switched to them 6 months ago ..they wrote the COI TO me when I 1st switched to them ..now I need to renew my COI and he saying there’s nothing he can do, if you can not add a additional insurer that is fine not all my contracts are asking for that , give me what I pay for and leave it at that, I called the 1800 number to verify that I can use the insurance for the type work I do and she said yes after doing some research, if you cannot add the additional insurer that’s fine , I never got the chance to explain or talk to mark that he misunderstanding what is going on , instead of asking “he assumed” I’m doing some other type work and just emailed me there’s nothing they can do for me .. Called another agency and explained to them type work I do and if they can’t add the additional insurer that’s fine just give me what I’m paying for and I will be switching to them in the next 5 days , I pay my hard earned money and been having the same policy for almost 2 years & for mark not to understand how things work or to be professional & see where things are wrong or to understand what’s going on .. Mark needs to be educated.. I see some reviews on how he’s not professional.. And I have proof of email & information..
